Who are we ?
First of all, a French and Thai collaboration, based on a real friendship and then on a strong experience of the tourism industry for more than ten years now.
Logically, we decided recently to create our own travel agency in order to respond to the growing market in Thailand.
Where are we?
Our office is located in the quiet and charming town of Chiang Mai. Nevertheless, our activity obliges us to travel and discover new destinations for you.
Our selling policy:
We work out with you first the schedule of your trip, checking the dates and the availability of the different service providers.
The second step regarding the packages only, consists in giving a 30% deposit of the total amount, non refundable in case of cancellation.
Finally, the balance will be paid 30 days before the date of departure. If you cancel the trip between 30 and 15 days before the date of departure, we will pay back the full amount of the balance only.
A cancellation between 15 and 1 day before departure will give us the right to keep the balance as well.
If you want to book a package only 1 month before the date of departure, the full amount of it must be paid when the availability will be confirmed to you.
For all others choices we offer, the payment will be done at the time of booking.

Insurance :
We strongly recommend that each guest purchases a good accident , medical ,baggage and trip cancellation/interruption insurance .We kindly infrom that if you choose not to purchase a trip insurance a trip insurance,we will not be responsible for any financial disappointment caused by reasons beyond our control.
We inform as well that if for a weather or mechanical reson,a diving cruise should be interrupted or cancelled,Deejay.co.th.ltd shouldn’t be responsible and will not proceed to the refund.
